Upload errors and file limits

"File too large" — the limit is 10 MB per file. Compress the image or split the PDF first.
"Unsupported format" — use JPG, PNG or PDF for documents; HEIC works for conversion only.
Upload stalls — check your connection and retry; large phone photos on slow networks time out.
Password-protected PDFs — remove the password first; the lab can't open locked files.
