Blurry photo? Retake it flat, in good light. Most misreads start with a bad image.
One wrong field? Click it in the review table and type the correction — CSV/JSON downloads use your fixed values.
Wrong document type? Make sure you picked the matching tool (invoice vs. receipt matters).
Tables scrambled? Try PDF to Excel for table-heavy PDFs instead of the generic converter.
