Supported file formats and size limits

Uploads: JPG, PNG and PDF for document tools (10 MB max per file). HEIC/HEIF photos are accepted for conversion to JPG.

Downloads: CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and JSON for extraction tools; PDF, PNG or JPG for document and image tools; ZIP files when a tool produces multiple outputs (split PDF, PDF to images).

One thing to know: the Excel download reflects the server's original extraction, while CSV and JSON reflect any edits you made in the review table.
