Authentication and rate limits

API requests authenticate with an API key sent in the X-API-Key header. Keep your key server-side — never ship it in public JavaScript.

Rate limits are standard on Free, Pay as you go and Pro, and higher on Growth. The free tier includes 10 documents per month across web and API use.
